TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE

Jesus answered, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind.’ This is the first and most important command.

Matthew 22:37-38

DEVOTIONAL

God loved you before you were born and more than you can ever imagine. He deserves all of your love and devotion. To love God with all of your heart, soul and mind is a commitment to Him that goes way beyond feelings. It means that God is top priority over everything else in your life. Everything that you think, say and do should love and honour Him. Reading the Bible and talking with Him daily in prayer will help you to obey this command and experience His love for you more deeply.

PRAYER

Dear God, thank You for loving me so much. Please help me to love you with all of my heart, soul and mind, and to put you first in my life. May my love for you always be obvious in everything that I think, say and do. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
