We live in a world that constantly changes. You probably have a new teacher every year, perhaps in a classroom full of new kids. You might move house and leave friends behind in your old neighbourhood. Even you change! You’re different now than you were as a baby, right? Sometimes change is exciting and good. Sometimes it’s scary or sad. One thing that’s certain is that everything changes…except Jesus!

You can always count on Jesus, no matter the circumstances, because He never changes. He will always be our King. He will always keep His promises. He will never leave you. He will always comfort you when you’re sad and rejoice with you when you’re happy. He will always listen when you pray. He will always love you. And, Jesus will always be your Friend!

PRAYER

Dear Jesus, thank You that in a world full of constant change, I can trust that You will be the same always and forever. Please help me to remember this amazing truth and to share it with others too! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
