TODAY’S BIBLE VERSES

For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son. God gave his Son so that whoever believes in him may not be lost, but have eternal life.

DEVOTIONAL

God loves the whole world - that means every single person, including you! God wants us to live with Him forever, so when sin came into the world, He made a rescue plan to send His Son, Jesus to save us.

On the cross Jesus said, “It is finished” because He had finished the work that His Father had sent Him to do. When Jesus gave His life, He paid for the sins of the world. When we trust in Jesus and follow Him, we’re saying, “Yes, God, I love you too.” We can be a part of God’s family and live with Him forever!

PRAYER

Dear God, thank You for loving us so much that You sent Your Son, Jesus, and because of Him, we can be forgiven. And Jesus, thank You for going to the cross for me. Please help me to trust, follow and worship You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
