Never stop praying.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 ICB

DEVOTIONAL

Prayer isn’t just for church, or mealtimes or for bedtime. It should be more like a constant conversation with your best friend. This verse means that God wants you to talk to Him anytime, anywhere, about absolutely anything! Do you tell God about the things that make you happy or sad? Do you tell Him when you’re excited or when you’re afraid? Do you thank God for good things and ask Him for the things that you need? Do you talk to God throughout your day? Nothing is too big or small to bring to God, because He loves you and wants you to share your whole life with Him!

PRAYER

Dear God, thank You that I can always talk to You. Please help me to ask You into every part of my life, and to come to You with everything, as my best Friend. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
